The Future/Past Meditation

Brennan's favorite meditation:

Breathe in the future and all its potent possibilities.
Breathe out the past and all that went with it.
The future does not have to have anything to do with the past.
Let the past go.

In the pause between the inbreath and the outbreath, you slip into the eternal now.
