Kidney Meridian (K)

Foot Lesser Yin · Water Element · Coupled with Urinary Bladder

Pathway

Starts where UB ends — at little toe, though K 1 is at foot sole. Flows to ankle, circles medial malleolus, flows up medial side of leg. Three Yin meridians flow close together here — be careful differentiating! On abdomen flows close to midline, moving lateral at thorax, finishes just below clavicle (K 27). Inner branches: at foot enters heel, connects to vertebral column, Kidney and UB, flows through Liver to Lungs, throat, root of tongue.

Do you feel best energy at 5-7 PM but exhausted the rest of the day? How is your willpower — the Kidney's domain?
