Fixation-based trance induction. Choose a pattern, set your speed, and let your eyes rest on the center as the wheel carries your attention inward.

Eye fixation is one of the oldest and most reliable induction methods. By holding a fixed gaze while a pattern moves, your conscious attention narrows and the critical faculty naturally quiets — opening the door to suggestion.
Start at a gentle speed (5–12 RPM), pick a pattern that feels comfortable, and fix your eyes softly on the center dot. When you feel ready, close your eyes and give yourself your suggestion. Optional 4-7-8 breath pacing deepens the state.
Stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable. Not suitable for photosensitive epilepsy. You are always in control — close your eyes or tap Stop at any time.
