The characteristics of the UEF — the living sea of energy in which we exist, and the properties that distinguish it from electromagnetic fields.
What Is the UEF?
The Universal Energy Field (UEF) is the manifestation of universal energy intimately involved with human life. It permeates all space, animate and inanimate objects, and connects all objects to each other. It flows from one object to another, and its density varies inversely with distance from its source.
The UEF follows the laws of harmonic inductance and sympathetic resonance — the phenomenon where striking a tuning fork causes a nearby fork to vibrate at the same frequency.
Properties of the UEF
Dr. John White and Dr. Stanley Krippner list many properties:
Synergistic & Anti-Entropy
The UEF is synergistic — the simultaneous action of separate agencies that together have greater total effect than the sum of individual effects. This is the opposite of entropy.
Entropy (the second law of thermodynamics) says disorder always increases and you can't get more energy out than you put in. But the UEF seems to always create more energy. Like the cornucopia, it always remains filled no matter how much you take from it. The UEF has an organizing effect on matter and builds forms.
Multi-Dimensional
The UEF exists in more than three dimensions. Any changes in the material world are preceded by a change in this field. The UEF is always associated with some form of consciousness, ranging from highly developed to very primitive.
Highly developed consciousness is associated with "higher vibrations" and energy levels. As we expand our consciousness, more of reality comes into view — things that were always there but outside our perception range.
Bioplasma — A Fifth State of Matter
There are four known states of matter: solids, liquids, gases, and plasmas. Plasmas are groups of charged particles (ions). Since plasma particles carry a charge, they're affected by electromagnetic fields.
Brennan observes that the HEF, hara, and core star are all composed of bioplasma — plasma directly associated with consciousness.
Most humans are unaware of their bioplasma. If they sense it at all, they call it "intuition" or "having a feeling." But this bioplasma carries detailed information about health, causes of illness, mental-emotional functioning, life choices, and lifestyle.
Like Attracts Like
A fundamental property of the UEF discovered by Von Reichenbach: like attracts like. This is opposite to electromagnetism where opposites attract.
This principle is key to understanding how "like attracts like" works in life — your unhealed wounds attract similar situations, your fears draw to you exactly what you fear, and your positive beliefs attract positive experiences. It's a physical law of the UEF, not a metaphor.
Visual Observations
The UEF is highly organized in a series of:
It pulsates and can be sensed by all five senses plus sound and luminosity perceivable to higher senses.
The UEF and the Human Body
The human body exists within this sea of energy. We are like sponges in the energy sea around us. The UEF is the source from which we draw life energy through our chakras.
When Brennan first saw the life-energy fields again as an adult, she was skeptical and confused. But the phenomena persisted — even if she closed her eyes or moved around the room. She found the phenomena to be well-ordered in form, shape, and color, and clearly based on cause-and-effect relationships.
