Find a place outdoors — a park, a trail, even a single tree. Begin walking slowly. Let your pace be unhurried. Notice what is around you. Do not label or judge — simply see. Find one thing that fills you with wonder. It might be vast — the sky — or tiny — a leaf. Stay with it. Let yourself feel small in its presence. Notice how awe shifts your sense of self. The boundary between you and the world softens. Continue walking, returning to wonder whenever you drift.
