Guidance

Sit comfortably and take three slow breaths. Bring to mind one thing you are grateful for right now. It can be small — a warm cup, sunlight, a breath. Notice where you feel this gratitude in your body. Now bring to mind one person you appreciate. Silently thank them. Bring to mind one challenge that taught you something. Can you find gratitude for the lesson? Close by simply resting in the feeling of enoughness. Nothing needs to be added.
