AAA Corporate Credit in 30 Days

A 5-bank collateral chain strategy that builds a High Intelliscore — four active bank loans, a CD, a checking account, and an ahead-of-schedule payment history — in just 30 days.

Starting Capital

You need at least $5,000 to begin. Borrow from friends if necessary.

Critical requirement: The bank you choose must report to Dun & Bradstreet for this to build your business credit profile.

Bank A — The CD Foundation

  1. 1. Go to a bank of your choice (must report to D&B). Deposit $5,000 into a CD or Money Market account.
  2. 2. Wait a few days for the account to be posted.
  3. 3. Return to Bank A and ask for a $5,000 business loan, offering the CD as collateral.

The bank already holds your $5,000, so there's minimal risk — they may not even run a credit check.

Bank B — The Chain Begins

  1. 1. Take the $5,000 loan from Bank A. Go to Bank B.
  2. 2. Open a business savings account. Deposit the $5,000.
  3. 3. Wait a few days for the account to be posted.
  4. 4. Return to Bank B and ask for a $5,000 business loan using your savings as collateral.

Repeat the same process — deposit, wait, borrow against it.

Bank C — Repeat

  1. 1. Take the $5,000 loan from Bank B. Go to Bank C.
  2. 2. Open a business savings account. Deposit the $5,000.
  3. 3. Wait a few days. Return and borrow $5,000 using savings as collateral.

Bank D — Repeat

  1. 1. Take the $5,000 loan from Bank C. Go to Bank D.
  2. 2. Open a business savings account. Deposit the $5,000.
  3. 3. Wait a few days. Return and borrow $5,000 using savings as collateral.

Bank E — The Checking Account

  1. 1. Take the $5,000 loan from Bank D. Go to Bank E.
  2. 2. Open a BUSINESS CHECKING account this time.
  3. 3. Wait a few days.

The Payment Cycle

Now begin making payments on all four loans (Banks A through D):

  1. Week 1: Make the first payment on each of the four loans.
  2. Week 2: Make payments again on all four loans.
  3. Week 3+: Continue paying each week.

By making the first 3 payments, you've unfrozen equal amounts of cash in your CD account. You can now withdraw enough money from the CD to make your upcoming payments.

Continue in this manner until the loans are paid off. You'll still retain most of your original $5,000 because it continues to draw interest while used as collateral — this helps offset the interest charges you pay.
