Purpose
An advanced practice where the tongue is placed on the roof of the mouth, reversing heart and mind polarity so that the heart controls the mind. This produces the divine nectar Amrita (immortality) from the pineal gland, creates alpha waves, and enables deep healing and astral travel.
Prerequisites
The Technique
Move your tongue upward so it touches the roof of your mouth. Position it between where the soft palate and hard palate meet. Slowly massage the roof of your mouth. This enables your heart and mind polarity to reverse so that your heart will be in control of your mind.
The Divine Amrita
The massaging movement between the hard palate and soft palate creates a divine nectar called Amrita — which means immortality in Sanskrit. Your pineal gland produces this divine nectar and creates alpha waves in the four lobes of your brain. This makes the body calmer with healing and rejuvenating benefits. The alpha wave is a bridge between the subconscious and conscious parts of your mind.
Benefits from Ancient Scripture
Yogis call this the Kechari Mudra — the king among all mudras. Ancient scripture says that those who practice this mudra will not suffer from disease, decay, and death. The immune system becomes very strong. The body becomes divine. It helps the practitioner attain Samadhi (the super-conscious state of mind). Astral travel is possible with this mudra.
Third Eye Activation
After massaging the roof of your mouth, your attention naturally moves to the central area of your forehead (your third eye). Simply close your eyes and focus on your third eye while massaging your tongue. You may experience astral traveling and seeing your surroundings with your third eye.
Optional: Merkaba Field
If you are familiar with the Merkaba field, you can expand the violet flame to your Merkaba field in all directions. The Merkaba field is a living energy field around your body — 55 feet in diameter, shaped like a flying saucer. The base of the spine forms a disk-shaped sphere used for inter-dimensional travel. Introduced to the world by Drunvalo Melchizedek.
