How to develop internal vision (x-ray-like seeing into the body), direct access of information, and the ability to roll backwards in time to find the cause of illness.
What Is Internal Vision?
Internal vision is the human version of the x-ray or nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) process — and just as sophisticated. It includes the ability to look into the body at whatever depth and resolution one wants to see.
If you want to see an organ, focus on it. If you want to see inside the organ or a specific part, focus on that. If you want to see a microorganism invading the body, focus on that. You receive pictures that look like normal pictures.
Brennan's Discovery
Brennan's first internal vision experience happened early one morning as she lay in bed observing the interesting muscle and bone structure on the back of her husband's neck as he slept. Suddenly she became aware of what she was doing and quickly cut off such seeing.
She wouldn't return to that level of reality for some time, saying she had made it all up. Eventually it came back. She began "seeing" inside clients. At first disconcerting, the internal viewing correlated with other information from patients and physicians.
What Internal Vision Reveals
The Shoulder Injury Case
A friend fell on ice and hurt her shoulder. Brennan saw an "auric hemorrhage" out the front (losing energy) and tangled energy lines along the trapezius muscle at the back. She cupped her right hand over the hemorrhage to stop it and combed out the tangles.
During the work, she could see the crushed end of the humerus — later confirmed by x-rays. This 30-minute session healed the hemorrhage and tangles to help faster bone healing.
The Ovarian Cyst Case
Brennan tracked an ovarian cyst over weeks, observing it shrink from 7 cm (dark bluish-gray) to 4 cm, then 2 cm, then 3 cm at menses, then 1 cm, then gone — replaced by healthy premenstrual energy. All observations correlated with the physician's pelvic examinations.
When the cyst turned too dark (nearly black, approaching cancer-range), they added antibiotics. Cancer looks dark gray-blue early, turns to black, and when white spots sparkle and move out like a volcano, it has metastasized.
Microscopic Internal Vision
Leprosy-like infection: Brennan saw tiny rod-shaped organisms permeating the shoulder/arm area, penetrating muscle and bone. During healing, strong lavender then silver light flowed in, causing the organisms to vibrate at a high rate and knock loose. The energy flow reversed and sucked them out.
Leukemia (AML): Rose, on chemotherapy, had strange flat, white, seedlike objects squishing red blood cells. After a blast of lavender then silver light, the seeds were knocked loose and sucked out. Her next blood test was completely clear and normal for the first time since diagnosis.
The Anatomy of Internal Viewing
Brennan observed how internal vision works physiologically:
The subjective feeling: you have a scanner inside your head, located about two inches back from the third eye, where a line straight back would intersect a line drawn between your temples. From this point, you can look in any direction without moving your head.
The Nasal Rasp Breath
The key technique for activating internal vision:
As you breathe out, visualize a golden stream of light starting in the rear pelvic area and running up your spine into the central brain area. The front stream is pink. The two streams arc over and into the center of the brain.
Important: Do not do this more than 3-4 breaths per side. It is very powerful. Take everything at a slow pace. You cannot speed up your evolution in a non-organic way.

The best way to practice internal vision:

Exercise 3: Third Eye Scanner Meditation

Direct Access of Information
Direct access means you directly connect with and receive the information you want. This has been labeled clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, or psychic reading.
The information comes through your five senses. Most people have developed some senses more than others. Find out whether you're primarily visual, auditory, or kinesthetic — that's the way to begin developing HSP.
Brennan's process: given a name, she first hears it, then searches kinesthetically until she feels a connection, then sees pictures and hears information about that person.
Enhancing Your Senses
Kinesthetic Sense
Sit in meditation. Focus on feeling the inside of your body — body parts and organs. Touch the part if it helps. Then do the same for the space around you. Feel the room with eyes closed. Have a friend lead you blindfolded into an unfamiliar room. What do you sense? Check it.
Visual Sense
With eyes closed, look at the inside of your body. Use another sense to help if needed. Then do the same for a room — examine details with eyes open, then create a picture with eyes closed. Go to an unfamiliar room with eyes closed. What can you "see"?
Auditory Sense
Listen to the inside of your body. Put your hand on the part you're listening to. Go outside and listen to all sounds. In the woods, hear the synchronicity — a symphony. Listen more closely. What else can you hear? Sounds that don't exist? Someday they may have meaning.
Symbolic vs. Literal Seeing
Pictures come in two forms:
In both, the healer takes the position of witness — entering that time frame and watching events unfold. This is receptive channelling. Don't interpret or disturb the vision as it unfolds. The meaning may be different for healer and patient.
Rolling Backwards in Time
To find the cause of an illness, Brennan combines two techniques:
Most serious illnesses result from a long series of traumas. The first trauma is the initiating cause of the present problem.
Long-Distance & Precognition
Direct access works whether the person is in the same room or at a distance. Brennan's longest reading was during a phone call between New York City and Italy.
Heyoan speaks of probable future reality, not absolute future — because all have free will. He won't predict the future, but sometimes answers anyway. Most probable futures have occurred. In one case, Brennan was told a patient had cancer and would die — confirmed 4 months later by CAT scan, matching the shape, size, and location she had seen with internal vision.
Developing Internal Vision
Soft gaze, peripheral awareness
Close eyes, turn attention inward
Colors, shapes, images in your field
Observe without analyzing
5-10 minutes of inner seeing
Journal what you perceive
Which chakra sense — seeing, hearing, or knowing — is your strongest? How will you develop the others?
