Healing with Color & Sound

How to control the color you send, color meanings on the soul-task level, colors used in healing, and the powerful sounding technique for chakras and organs.

Color Modulation

There are many times when a healer needs to hold a certain color. Holding a color means holding your field in a certain frequency range — which you must do throughout healing.

For beginners, it's very important to practice color modulation before trying to control the color coming through. Most chelation is done without color control — but later, guides may want you to "sit in" or hold steady a certain color.

"Doing It in Yellow"

Dolores Krieger gives good color modulation exercises. You must learn what it's like to "be in" a certain color. It's not a matter of thinking the color.

If you think red, you will make yellow. If you think green, you will make yellow. If you think blue, you will make yellow. Healers call this "doing it in yellow" — when you think, you make yellow.

To make blue, you must "be" blue — whatever that means to you. You must experiment for yourself what it is like to be in a state of blue.

Exercises to Control the Color You Send

  • Colored light exploration: How do you feel when you wear blue clothes or sit in blue light from a cathedral window? What does blue look like, sound like, or feel like?
  • Leaded glass crystal: Hang one in your window. Put your fingers in each color of the rainbow it produces. How does each color feel?
  • Colored paper/material: Mix same-sized pieces in a pile. Close your eyes, pick two. Explore your relationship to each color. Do you like it? Dislike it? Does it energize or deenergize? Place on different body parts.
  • Partner practice: Hold hands. Each takes a turn running energy in a certain color. See if your partner can tell what color it is. Remember: to run red, you must have your 1st chakra clear. To run orange, your 2nd, etc.

Color Meaning on the Soul-Task Level

Pat (Rodegast) de Vitalis, who channels Emmanuel, reads colors on the "soul" level — the aura as it connects to the task in this lifetime:

Red

Passion, strong feelings. Love when mixed with rose. Clear red: expressed anger. Dark red: held anger. Red-orange: sexual passion

Orange

Ambition

Yellow

Intellect

Green

Healing, healer, nurturer

Blue

Teacher, sensitivity

Purple

Deeper connection to spirit

Indigo

Moving toward deeper connection to spirit

Lavender

Spirit

White

Truth

Gold

Connection to God. In service of humankind, godlike love

Silver

Communication

Black

Absence of light, profound forgetting, thwarted ambition (cancer)

Velvet Black

Like black holes in space — doorways to other realities

Maroon

Moving into one's task

Colors Used in Healing

All rainbow colors are used in healing. Each has its own effect:

Red

Charging the field, burning out cancer, warming cold areas

Orange

Charging the field, increasing sexual potency, increasing immunity

Yellow

Charging 3rd chakra, clearing a foggy head

Green

Charging 4th chakra, balancing, general healing, charging field

Blue

Cooling, calming, restructuring etheric level, shielding

Purple

Connecting to spirit

Indigo

Opening third eye, clearing head

Lavender

Purging field

White

Charging field, bringing peace and comfort, taking away pain

Gold

Restructuring 7th layer, strengthening field, charging field

Silver

Strong purging of field (opalescent silver charges 6th level)

Velvet Black

Bringing patient into state of grace, silence, peace with God

Purple-Blue

Taking away pain in deep tissue work and bone cells, expanding field to connect to task

Lavender & Silver for Microorganisms

When microorganisms need removal, guides use first lavender then silver:

  1. Send lavender light — makes microorganisms vibrate at a high rate, knocking them loose
  2. If lavender doesn't get them all, increase intensity and frequency to silver
  3. Silver disconnects the microorganisms from their space
  4. Reverse energy flow — suck all the lavender and silver back out, carrying the organisms with the light
  5. Like vacuuming with light

In one leukemia case, the patient received her first clear blood test the day after this healing.

Purple-Blue for Deep Tissue

Daniel Blake (Structural Bodywork Institute) experimented with combining color control and deep-tissue work. When he held a strong purple-blue flame from his fingertips, he could go very deeply into muscle tissue without causing pain.

If he got distracted and "dropped" the color, the muscle would hurt. At the bone level, holding purple-blue mixed with white light, he straightened a slight twist in Brennan's femur. The cells realigned themselves. The piezoelectric effect in bones directs bone growth — this treatment corrected the misalignment permanently.

The Velvet Black Void

Guides sometimes suggest using black light. This is not the black of cancer — it's a velvet black, like black velvet silk. It is the life potential held in the womb. The black mystery of the unknown feminine within all of us, teeming with undifferentiated life.

Sitting within the black velvet void means sitting in silence and peace. Full presence, without judgment. A state of Grace. Brennan and guides often sit in this place with cancer patients or very serious illnesses for a whole hour. It brings the patient into oneness with the Divine.

Sounding for Healing

Color in the aura is directly related to sound. Sounding specific pitches into the field produces specific colors and is a powerful healing agent.

The MS case: Multiple Sclerosis is one of the most difficult diseases to work with. A student with MS had a large scar in her sacral area. After regular chelation failed to touch it, students combined methods:

  • • Some sounded
  • • Two worked with crystals
  • • Several sat in love
  • • Some ran energy

They found that the sounders could loosen the scar, and the crystal workers could cut it away once loosened. By changing pitch, different parts loosened. After removal, the student's 15-year leg pain disappeared, and her walking improved — still improved 4 years later.

Sounding the Chakras

Brennan uses sound regularly in healings — directly on chakras to charge and strengthen them. Method:

  1. Put your mouth about 1 inch away from the body where the chakra is located
  2. Each chakra has a different pitch, and each person's pitch is slightly different
  3. Vary the range until you hit a resonance — heard and felt by the patient
  4. Watch the chakra respond with HSP: it tenses, begins spinning rapidly and evenly, color brightens
  5. Hold the sound until the chakra is charged and strengthened
  6. Move up to the next chakra. Start with the 1st, move up through all 7

Sounding increases the patient's ability to visualize. An undercharged chakra can't visualize its color — but after a few minutes of sounding, the patient can.

Sounding Organs

The same principles work with organs and bones. Hold your mouth about 1 inch over the body surface where the organ is. Watch with HSP until you find the sound that causes the greatest effect — energy flow, cleaning, or strengthening.

Over several months of regular healings, Brennan healed ulcerative colitisthis way — the patient avoided a colostomy. Part of the treatment: the patient played a tape recording of the sounding once or twice daily.

Sounding also works for injured disks, enhancing tissue growth, clearing stagnated fluids, tuning the nervous system, and impedance-matching organs so they harmonize better. Different tissues, bones, and fluids require different tones and modulations.

Sanskrit Sounds & Music

Traditional Indian teachings give a Sanskrit letter and particular sound for each chakra. Music groups like Robbie Gass' perform music to purposefully open chakras — singing for two hours without stopping, choosing songs to open chakras progressively from the 1st up.

By the end, most of the audience had most chakras opened and charged. Music is very healing.

Color & Sound Therapy

Root Chakra

Red C

Grounding, survival, physical energy

Frequency: 396 Hz

Use this frequency for sound healing, tuning forks, or binaural beats targeting the Root chakra.

Application Method

Visualize the red light filling the Root chakra area while listening to 396 Hz frequency. Hold for 3-5 minutes. Combine with the corresponding note C if using singing bowls or tuning forks.

Reflect

Which color-sound combination called to you? How does integrating color and sound deepen your healing practice?
