Nutritional Testing

The body knows exactly what it needs. Use the same column/row chart method as the Emotion Code to find deficiencies in vitamins, minerals, foods, and herbs.

Ask "Do you have a nutritional deficiency that needs to be addressed?" If yes, use the chart below — Column A or B, Odd or Even row — just like finding a trapped emotion.

Testing Methods

  • • Ask: "Do you have a vitamin or mineral deficiency that needs to be addressed?"
  • • Hold/think about a supplement and muscle test — sway forward or strong = body wants it
  • • Look at a page of supplements and ask "Is there something on this page that you need?"
  • • Test dosage: start at label dose, go up until you test weak. Correct dose is one less.

What did your pH self-test reveal? What one dietary shift will you make to move toward alkaline balance?
