How to Use This Chart

  1. 1. Ask "Do you have a trapped emotion we can release now?"
  2. 2. Determine the column: "Is it in Column A or Column B?"
  3. 3. Determine the row: "Is it in an even or odd row?"
  4. 4. Narrow to specific row (1, 3, 5 or 2, 4, 6)
  5. 5. Name the 5 emotions one by one until you identify it
  6. 6. If no clear answer, ask "Is this an inherited emotion?"
  7. 7. Roll magnet down governing meridian 3× (or 10× if inherited)
